Another tricky Homestuck commission >_< It's always hard to not make things exact so they're not copying his logos and whatnot. For this piece in particular, instead of altering the design and having it done in vinyl (but still be close enough to be recognized as an alternative version of his symbol), the commissioner decided hand-cut felt would do. Felt details always are different from a precise picture since they are constantly warped by the sewing machine, scissors, and pinning that they often have enough imperfections to just like like a happy green worm. lol

The sizing might look a little off on this particular design because it is a pinafore is a Medium and not an XS like the dressform. Unfortunately my medium dressform is covered in old chalk markings from being used to much, so I didn't want to photograph her. lol. Just decided to pin it to fit an XS as much as possible so everyone could at least see it since I have the terrible habit of sending out commissions without taking pictures first.

Anywho, I always love making suit pinafores =X It's just such a beautiful blend of feminine garment shapes and clothing that is generally associated with powerful mens clothing. Lapels are a pain in the but to make and sew in, but so work it ^_____^
