I rarely take the time to take pictures of commissions, but I was super excited about this one (and had my camera nearby)! I always have trouble with Midna commissions becuase of her crazy patterns that can't easily be replicated with fabric. To synthesize the black/teal designs, the commissioner and I agreed on the above fabric with gold accents. It ended up being absolutely perfect! The swirl detail on the bodice is made with felt and the tri-force is vinyl. The commissioner asked that the ruffles and neck straps use the colors of her hair and they made for an excellent pop of color. Excited!
