Sailor Scout Harley Quinn Batman Cosplay Pinafore

I love when people ask for designs that I have in my giant folder of sketches heart emoticon Introducing Sailor Quinn! She features the same fabrics I use for my other Harley Quinn designs. This pinafore was customized to have white and red ribbon around the collar, but the one for sale in the store will come with double red ribbons around the collar. Now someone just needs to order my Sailor Joker and Sailor Two-Face designs!
